We operated from Melton, North Ferriby for 10 years before relocating the business in 2011 to new premises in the East of Hull, committing £350,000 in the purchase and internal construction of offices and a high quality bathroom of disabled adaptation showroom.
We have worked on school buildings for the last 11 years and understand the need for flexibility, communication and safety.
We have a dedicated contracts manager for all jobs and we are happy to discuss your requirements before during and following completion of any contract. All of our staff are police checked and all carry identification badges.
The type of work we have carried out in recent years is refurbishment of receptions, classrooms, staff rooms and offices. Whether just decorating and putting down new floor coverings in a classroom or refurbishing a toilet block, we complete the job using dedicated, experienced staff.

Each programme is allocated by a contracts manager who will ensure that the works are carried out to a high standard and that we complete to programme.
Our management team will also ensure that current CDM regulations are met and produce a construction phase Health & Safety plan and Health & Safety file for each contract.
During 2007 - 2008, we converted 82 stores from Jacksons Family Food Stores to Sainsbury's Local Stores. All stores had to be completed to a programme individually and all the 82 stores had to be completed within 6 months.
Every store conversion was fully achieved, and was all trading to programme of works of which we are proud of.
In 1995, John Connell was awarded our 1st retail maintenance contract with Jacksons Family Food Stores looking after 72 nationwide stores. As the years progressed, the service we provided was a great assistance to the retail industry with our excellent response to urgent repairs.
In 2006, Jacksons Family Food Stores was then purchased by Sainsbury's of which we still provide a 1st class service all round maintenance and minor works. Helping the stores to run smoothly and efficiently.
