Within the structure of J C Services & Son Ltd we have a maintenance division.
A Project Manager / site manager will be allocated to each project, which will initially involve:
- Client Liaison
- Liaison With Local Authorities
- Liaison with Architects / Designers
- Health & Safety
- Our Project Managers / site managers will always available to discuss any aspect of a project.
- In many cases each project involves many different trades / suppliers which requires careful programming and planning
These include:
- Signage
- Tilers / Floor layers
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Decorators
- Heating & Ventilation
- When on site it is the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the Project is monitored throughout the length of the project period
This involves:
- Programming Sub Contractors
- Providing Client Reports
- Liaising with Local Authorities
- Liaising with Architects / Designers
- Health & Safety
